Author Bio
Stephen Griffin is a professor of law at the University of Wolverhampton. He specialises in corporate law and is the author of and contributor to several publications in the field. Stephen is also the author of Company Law - Fundamental Principles 4th edition and Personal Liability and Disqualification of Company Directors.With chapters on accounting and taxation by David Southern, a barrister at Temple Tax Chambers specialising in corporate finance and having extensive experience of VAT and financial services. He is co-author of Taxation of Loan Relationships and Derivative Contracts 8th edition.
