Matthew Moore is a director of Web4Law - a law firm management risk and quality consultancy. He is the principal trainer for the Law Society in the Lexcel scheme and revisions to the new standard. He is also editor of the Lexcel Office Procedures Manual which forms an element of the Lexcel Practice Excellence Kit (Law Society Publishing, 2004) John Verry is a director of AFP Consulting, a law firm risk and quality consultancy, and a division of Alexander Forbes Risk Services UK Limited. He has over 10 years risk management experience gained at the Solicitors Indemnity Fund, St. Paul Travelers and working as an in-house risk and compliance officer at a top 50 practice in the City of London.
