Author Bio
Samuel Malone has many years' experience as a training consultant, training manager and lecturer. He has a M.Ed in training and development from the University of Sheffield, is a Fellow of the Irish Institute of Training and Development (FIITD), and is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) and Chartered Secretary (ACIS). He is the author of nine previous books on management.
