Synopsis

When street-fighting anarchist Dutchie's New Age girlfriend is killed by a bomb blast in Oxford Street, he vows revenge. But how can he track down the terrorists responsible, especially when they're posing as foreign exchange dealers in the City? The only way of getting inside and to the heart of things, is for Dutchie to clean up his act, and for the dreadlocked class warrior to become a city-slicker. The Riot Act is a fast paced tale of mayhem and revenge, featuring protestors, yuppies, killers and spies. This thriller for the late nineties heralds an engaging new voice in British crime fiction.
