Author Bio
John Berry Born in 1949 into a Christian family, John's father was a Baptist Minister. John was himself an accredited Baptist minister for thirty-three years, and before that was involved in running a group of building companies. He has been married for almost thirty-nine years to Jennie and has two children and six grandchildren. John and his wife were called to Ellel Ministries Glyndley Manor near Eastbourne three years ago as Wardens and Team Pastors. Amongst his various roles John also works as Modular School Manager, is a teacher as well as a member of the Leadership Support Group. David Cross David Cross directs the Ellel Ministries' team based at Glyndley Manor, a center for Christian teaching and restoration, which is situated near Eastbourne on the south coast of England. He qualified as a civil engineer but developed many life skills in a most varied working career, which included leading ski-tours in the Scottish Highlands. Despite fulfillment at work David found himself gradually more and more disillusioned with the ethos of self sufficiencyA on which he had based his life up until that point. A change in direction came when he was converted in Hong Kong in the early 1980s and he eagerly began to follow Jesus. On returning to the UK in 1984 he became an elder in the Church of Scotland. Then in 1993, he and his wife Denise joined Ellel Ministries. David's clear and authoritative teaching from God's Word has brought understanding and healing to many who have been confused and damaged by the ideologies of today's world.
