Numbers introduces children to the different ways in which numbers are used in our everyday lives. After a brief introduction to numbers, the book goes on to look at time, money, measuring, weighing and counting. Simple adding and subtracting are explained with the use of illustrations. Activities such as making a number collage and writing a number picture are included to make the subject more enjoyable to study.
