Liz Franklin was food editor of `Good Health' magazine and is now a freelance cook, food writer and stylist. She ran a cookery and wine education school in Italy, was private chef to Lord and Lady Bamford at Daylesford organic farm and will open Strawberry Sundays selling freshly baked and locally sourced produce in Abingdon, Oxford, later this year.
