Miranda Ballard and her husband left behind their London media careers (Miranda was Sir David Frost's PA and Roland worked for Working Title Films) in 2008 to return to their home county of Worcestershire to launch their own food company Muddy Boots. Since then, Miranda and Roland have recently opened their first high-end `meat shop' in London's Crouch End, to high praise and now attract a celebrity clientele, which includes James McAvoy and Peter Capaldi!
