Catherine Woram studied fashion at St. Martins School of Art in London, followed by a Masters in fashion at the Royal College of Art. She has written on shopping and interiors for many publications, including the Telegraph magazine, Ideal Home, BBC Good Homes and Prima. Catherine is the author of Wedding Dress Style and has contributed to several other books, including The Hamlyn Book of Soft Furnishings, The St. James Encyclopaedia of Fashion and The Best of Handmade. Catherine lives in London with her husband and two daughters, Jessica and Anna, both of whom share her passion for crafts. Clare Youngs studied graphic design and has worked in packaging design, illustration and book jacket design. Her other books include Mobile Art, Wall Art, Book Art, Letter Art, Make Your Own Woodland Creatures and Folk Art Needlecraft. She is based in Kent, UK.
