Author Bio
Inua Ellams was born in Nigeria and now lives and works in London. He is a poet and graphic artist, a writer with a style as influenced by classic literature as it is by hip hop. His debut play The 14th Tale (Fuel, BAC, Apples & Snakes, London Word Festival) won a Fringe First Award at the Edinburgh Festival 2009, toured and ran at the National Theatre in spring 2010. His other work includes Goats Milk & Mathematics (Chris Ofili), Night Knuckles and Not Writing & Waterfront (Louis Vuitton), What Becomes of the Broken Hearted (Flipped Eye Ltd), The Scape Gallow (Tate Modern), Untitled (Fuel, Soho Theatre) and Black T-Shirt Collection (Fuel).
