Peter Bowles is an eminent TV and stage actor. His TV appearances range from the iconic The Avengers and The Prisoner, to The Irish R.M. and To the Manor Born. He continues to work regularly in theatre, and has starred in many West End successes, most recently The Rivals at the Theatre Royal, Haymarket in 2011. His autobiography Ask Me If I'm Happy was published in 2010.
