Media Reviews
'Bergerson captures the world of Indian street food with such perfection that you half expect a whiff of curry to hit you as you flick through the pages...this book paints a tantalising picture of India. (...) as well as creating a tome that effortlessly whisks you through the impoverished streets of Mumbai, Hyperabad and Delhi, Bergerson has produced a rather inspiring recipe book. (...) Combining a unique blend of colour, texture and honesty, Street Food of India revels in an India as raw as the corn-on-the-cobs that line the streets.' - Wanderlust; 'Bergerson has lived in India for the past seven years, and this book is an impressive reflection of time well spent. The recipes are delicious and can be easily recreated using ingredients easily found in the West. (...) Eating street food in India can be a slightly nerve-racking experience, but this book turns it into a pure pleasure.' - Clover Stroud, Sunday Telegraph
