Author Bio
Bill Penman Brown spent 25 Years in senior management in International Banking and Financial Services in the UK, Bermuda, Canada, Jersey and Guernsey, followed by three years as the first Banking and Financial Services Commissioner in Gibraltar. Before his retirement, he was a Fellow and Council Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and Chief Examiner for Associate examinations in Offshore Practice and Administration. He is the author of the Offshore Financial Services Handbook.
