Author Bio
Keith Holden is a writer, business consultant, creator of Mi Ibiza Inspirational Retreats, and personal power trainer. Amongst other things, he has worked as a flying trapeze artist with the director of Cirque Du Soleil, as a musician with Paul McCartney, as a filmmaker for Warners, as an actor on Channel 4, and has toured as a circus clown, all before becoming creative producer for Manumission, the largest party in the world. He is a practitioner of Zen yoga and a Vipassana meditator. Keith lives in Ibiza with his wife and two sons. He has something he wants to tell you.
