Gavin Kennedy is the Founder and Chairman of Negotiate, Emeritus Professor at Heriot-Watt University, and the author of several books on negotiation, many of which are translated into eleven languages. He has consulted for public and private sector clients in the UK, Europe, North America, Southern Africa, Asia and Australia since 1972. Currently he is semi-retired, and has four personal global clients of long standing, two in the USA, two in the UK, and various shorter assignments around the world. His Negotiation module, part of the distance learning MBA at Heriot-Watt University's Business School, has been taken by up to a thousand business managers in over 60 countries per year.
