Author Bio
Ed Potton works as the rock and pop editor of The Times. He is co-author of The Billboard Illustrated Encyclopedia of Music and Into the Woods: the Definitive Story of the Blair Witch Project. Ed has also worked as a producer for Channel 4 television and lectured on music and film at the University of Bournemouth and the Chelsea College of Art.

Michael Heatley edited the acclaimed History of Rock partwork (1981-84). He is the author of over 50 music biographies, ranging from Bon Jovi to Rolf Harris, as well as books on sport and TV. He has penned liner notes to more than 100 CD reissues, and written for magazines including Music Week, Billboard, Goldmine, Radio Times and the Mail on Sunday colour supplement.
