Author Bio
Aiden Byrne is the youngest chef ever to win a Michelin star (at the age of 22). Aiden worked with a number of high-profile chefs, including Tom Aiken, Paul Rankin and David Adlard, before taking up the position of head chef at The Grill at London's Dorchester Hotel. In 2008 he became the chef/proprietor of The Church Green in Lymm. He has made several TV appearances, including BBC2's Food Poker and Great British Menu. He lives in Lymm, Cheshire.
