Author Bio
Pippa Cuthbert has degrees in nutrition and food science and works as a food stylist, caterer and recipe developer. Lindsay Cameron Wilson lives in London where she works as a food writer, recipe tester and stylist. Peter Howard has worked in the hospitality industry for over thirty years and has been involved in all facets of food media, from writing for Australian Gourmet Traveller to regular appearances on Sydney radio and Australia's Channel Nine Today Show. Julie Biuso has written twelve cookbooks, including several published with New Holland. She has an established following through her regular contributions to radio, television and magazines, and is currently Food Editor of Woman's Day, NZ Home & Entertaining and Your Home & Garden. Penny Oliver is an award-winning food stylist whose work features regularly in New Zealand's Cuisine magazine. Ian Batchelor is one of New Zealand's best-known food photographers and his work can be seen in several New Holland cookbooks including Fresh and Take a Vine-ripened Tomato.
