R. G. Grant has written more than 30 books on history and current affairs. His publications include Winston Churchill: An Illustrated Biography (Bison), The Day Kennedy Died (Dial Press), Flight: 100 Years of Aviation (DK), and Battle: 5,000 Years of Combat (DK). He was a major contributor to the ITV Visual History of the Modern World (Carlton) and wrote the DK annual Chronicle of the Year from 1996 to 1999.
