Author Bio
Jill Everett studied at film school in LA and went on to work with Steven Spielberg. She came to London to produce commercials, but her interest in yoga developed into a career and she founded Flow Studio (www.jilleverettyoga.co.uk). Her studies with renowned yoga and Pilates teachers around the world has given her unique insights into how best to combine the two systems. Foreword writer Dr Jennifer Golay Bengston trained as a doctor of Chiropractic in the USA and currently practises in London. She is a member of the Federation Internationale de Chiropractique Sportive (FICS) and the British Chiropractic Association, among others.
