Author Bio
Erwin Brecher was educated in Vienna, Czechoslovakia and London, where he studied physics, economics and engineering. He entered business after World War Two and became a Name at Lloyds of London in 1974. He has written some 22 books on nonfiction subjects, including many chess, bridge and puzzle books. He is a member of Mensa. Danny Roth has many books on the game of bridge, including Clues to Winning Play - Detective Work in Bridge, Hand Reading in Bridge, The Expert Beginner, The Expert Improver, The Expert Advancer and The Expert Club Player. He regularly compiles crossword puzzles and brain-teasers for the Sunday Times. He is a professional bridge coach.
