Alan MacDonald dreamed of becoming a footballer, but when he won a pen in a writing competition, his fate was sealed. He has written over 80 children's books, most recently THE PRINCE OF PANTS with Sarah McIntyre, and has won several awards. Alan lives in Nottingham.
