Author Bio
Susie Maguire, born in Edinburgh, has had professional incarnations including vintage-clothes scout, ceramicist, artist's model, a capella singer, actor, TV presenter, voiceover artist and comedy performer. She is the author of two short story collections, The Short Hello and Furthermore, both published by Polygon, and has edited several anthologies for Polygon: Scottish Love Stories, Hoots: Scottish Comic Writing with David Jackson-Young, and Something Wicked: Scottish Crime Fiction with Amanda Hargreaves. Susie has also written columns, articles and book reviews for the major Scottish newspapers. At present she is working on a novel.
