Kathryn White has written over a dozen children's books including the first Ruby story, Ruby's School Walk. When she is not writing, Kathryn visits schools and libraries telling stories and leading activities. She lives in Somerset with her husband and children. about the artist: Miriam Latimer studied illustration at the University of the West of England and graduated with a first class degree. She divides her time between illustrating and running workshops for primary school children. Miriam lives with her husband in Barnstable, North Devon.
