Phyllis Gershator has written more than twenty-five books for children. She has worked as a children's librarian and enjoys cooking, gardening, and especially reading. Phyllis lives in the US Virgin Islands with her husband and frequent co-author, David. This is her second project with Barefoot Books, joining Listen, Listen (BB: 9-7818-4686-201-4). Jill McDonald - Jill McDonald finds inspiration in colour and pattern. Since childhood making art has been a part of her life. When she received her BFA in Textile Design from Rhode Island School of Design she knew that creating art for kids is what she wanted to do.
