Author Bio
Laurie Krebs combines her love of children's literature with her enthusiasm for traveling to create wonderful picture books that carry readers all around the world. Valeria Cis spent many hours painting, drawing and reading as a little girl and became a children's book illustrator when she realized she could merge her passions into a career. She studied fine art at the University of Humanities and Arts in Rosario, Argentina. Her illustration, inspired by daily events and ordinary objects, is brought to life with special attention to detail and pattern. She still lives in Rosario with her husband, son, and their cat, Roberta.
