Media Reviews
My prize for the best-looking picture book goes to Mr Pusskins. Extremely funny, and crammed with chic, colourful illustrations. The Daily Mail In picture book fiction I was excited by the energy of Sam Lloyd's Mr Pusskins and Little Whiskers. Working in the tradition of the great British cartoonists, and with a limited colour palette reminiscent of 1950s magazines, this is a super sequel to Mr Pusskins. Any older child who has suffered at the hands of an innocent-looking younger sibling (yes, that's me) will respond knowingly to Lloyd's cat tale. Lovely. The Bookseller 'How the grumpy old puss and the spirited kitten come to terms and settle into a comfortable life together is revealed with a sprightly touch in Sam Lloyd's hilarious illustrations.' The Guardian Every element of this confidently crafted picture book is beautifully orchestrated. Irresistible. Books for Keeps
