Cerys Matthews MBE is a musician, author and broadcaster. A DJ on the BBC World Service, BBC Radio 2 and BBC 6 Music, where she programmes and hosts an award-winning weekly show, she is also a cultural roving reporter for the One Show, and has written and presented documentaries on BBC Radio 4, BBC Radio 2, S4C and BBC Television. The founder member of the multi-million selling band Catatonia, she is also a co-founder and owner of the Good Life Experience festival. A mum of three, she cooks every day.
