Sonia Stevenson was the first woman chef in the UK to be awarded a Michelin star and her restaurant, the Horn of Plenty in Devon, won huge accolades. She now lives near Saltash in Devon. She teaches cooking courses in Britain and Europe, appears regularly on food programmes, and was one of the judges on BBC TV's Masterchef.
