TONY DEAR has been writing about golf for over 20 years. A former assistant club pro from Southern England, he worked on Fore! and Today's Golfer magazines before heading west to the USA. He now lives near Seattle and continues to write for a number of magazines and web sites on both sides of the Atlantic, including 'Golf World', 'The R&A's Open Championship Magazine', and 'Links'. Tony is a member of the Golf Writers Association of America, and Northwest Golf Media Association. His previous books include '101 Golden Rules of Golf', and 'Good Golf Made Easy'.
