Author Bio
TIM KINNAIRD is a pastry chef and owner of Macarons & More, which in July 2012 was awarded a Guild of Fine Food Great Taste Award. Tim launched the company after reaching the finals of BBC One's MasterChef 2010. Tim's love of food was evident at a young age. He taught himself to cook but was influenced by his parent's enthusiasm for food and his mum's Good Housekeeping cookbook for children! While he began by making the Sunday family teatime cake he now enjoys the challenge of complex patisserie. Following MasterChef, Tim moved into a full-time career in food. His successful and awardwinning business sells his now famous macarons online. Tim and his team also produce a range of other fine patisserie and confectionery. Tim remains part of the MasterChef family, appearing regularly at the BBC Good Food shows demonstrating patisserie and running the Macarons & More stand. Tim's recipes have featured in two of the MasterChef recipe books.
