Author Bio
This collection was compiled by three sisters, Dawn, Elaine and Selwa Anthony, who were born in the country town of Cowra, Australia, of Lebanese parents. They realised the popularity of Lebanese food at an early age when friends continually visited their mother's kitchen to sample her cooking.
