Author Bio
Aiden Byrne is the youngest ever chef to win a Michelin star (at the age of 22). He worked with such high-profile chefs as Tom Aikens, Paul Rankin and David Adlard before taking up the position of head chef at the Grill at London's Dorchester Hotel. He has appeared on BBC TV's Masterchef, Great British Menu and Restaurant Wars. His latest show is Channel 4's Best Chef, Worst Chef (Autumn 2014).
