Author Bio
Shelly Meltzer is a registered dietician who qualified with a BSc Dip Ther Diet in 1986 and an MSc (Med) Nutrition and Dietetics in 1997. She heads the dietetic practice at the Sports Science Institute of South Africa, where she has worked with many development and elite athletes. She has written for various publications and presented at various conferences. Cecily Fuller is a registered dietician with over 15 years' experience in the fields of nutrition and dietetics, as well as consulting to various food industries. She has also edited and contributed to several books. Cecily has a BSc (Med)(Hons) in Sports Science. Consultant Dr Adam Collins is Nutrition Lecturer & Academic Coordinator at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in London.
