Synopsis

Coffee is the drink of choice for people across continents and time zones. As the second largest traded commodity in the world, coffee touches billions of lives each day. Coffee Cafe presents a delicious selection of coffee-based drinks for all occasions. Starting with the main 'types' of coffee - straightforward filter (with or without milk or cream), espresso, caffe latte, cappuccino and mocha (with the addition of chocolate), most of which have several variants - the book also covers liqueur-based coffees topped with whipped cream, filter coffee served with a shot of liqueur or alcohol either in the cup or alongside, and cold (iced) coffees served as a long drink.
