Well known and respected gardener Keith Kirsten has been involved in all aspects of the industry, including co-authoring a number of books such as Blooming Quotes, Gardening with Keith Kirsten and Keith Kirsten's Down to Earth Garden Plants and Flowers (all published in South Africa). He has always been an active member of several gardening associations and among many other accolades, Keith received the Gold Medal from SANA (South African Nursery Association) in 1990. He lives in Johannesburg.
