Author Bio
Co-presenter of BBC2's Masterchef Goes Large and Radio 4's Veg Talk, Gregg Wallace is an expert on British vegetables. He works with and sources veg for some of London's top restaurants and runs a successful fruit and veg stall in Borough Market. Gregg spent one and a half years presenting BBC2's Saturday Kitchen, and he writes for several newspapers and magazines, including BBC Good Food and Olive magazines.
