James Martin is presenter of the BBC's Saturday Kitchen, which currently has 1.6 million viewers. His up and coming television plans include presenting Feast, a December programme in which James presents lots of ideas for food for celebrations from Easter to Christmas, and in 2008 he will co-present Eating with the Enemy, a BBC daytime programme, alongside the restaurant critic Jay Rayner. This year James has co-presented The Great British Village Show - a 6-week programme on BBC2 aired in March/April 2007, as well as presenting his own prime-time cookery programme, Sweet Baby James, on BBC2 in April - which followed James travelling around Britain cooking up some of our favourite desserts.
