Author Bio
Dr Dawn's life is not that of an ordinary doctor, with half her week spent in general practice where she specializes in women's health, family health, and preventative medicine; and the other half of her week spent researching, writing columns, and talking about various aspects of medicine. She also runs a private clinic which focuses on women's health and weight management issues. Dawn's TV credits include 'Who'll Age Worst', a ten part series for UKTV which started on 6th March 2006 and 'Looking Good, Feeling Great' which is due for transmission mid-2006 on ITV1. Dawn is also regularly seen on 'The Wright Stuff', 'Five News' and 'Sunrise' on Sky News where she reports on topical health issues. Dawn has recently contributed to the Government Funded Project 'Making Sense of Health', a one-stop health resource for teachers, parents, and students in primary and secondary education. She also has regular columns in a number of women's magazines including Zest, Woman's Own, and Family Circle. Dawn lives in Gloucestershire.
