A celebration of the continuing success of the Antiques Roadshow, which after 27 years is still one of the most popular series on television. Fiona Malcolm uncovers its origins and lists all the locations visited over the years. She introduces the current team with illustrated biographies of all the experts, meeting 20 of them at home to learn about the best-loved pieces in their own collections. The reader is then taken behind the scenes to learn how the programme is made, including information on overseas shows. Fiona answers the most frequently asked questions and brings together over 50 of the most fascinating and valuable finds discovered on the Roadshow, all with a story to tell.
