Author Bio
Julie Llewellyn-Thomas is a Birthlight teacher for pregnancy yoga and also for baby yoga. She trained in yoga therapy at the Yoga Therapy Centre in London and also has a Masters Degree in Health Education. She has recently started yoga therapy for patients with critical illnesses at the Cromwell Hospital in London.
