Accompanied throughout by stunning illustrations of the dishes, chefs and restaurants, as well as the splendour of the city itself, this book is a visual feast which contains simple step by step instructions to recreate your favourite restaurant's signature dishes at home. A new addition to this edition is the inclusion of information on Scotland's favourite national tipple - Auchentoshan single malt Scotch whisky, the Spirit of Glasgow - together with recipes for cocktails and whisky inspired food delights. The publication of the book will coincide with the annual Gourmet Glasgow Food and Drink festival which features international celebrity chef demonstrations, special events and offers in the Glasgow Restaurateur's Association member restaurants. Copies of the previous edition of the book sold out at last year's Festival and this edition is sure to become this year's must have recipe book for the dedicated lover of good food and drink.
