by George Hook (Author)

Synopsis

In Time Added On , George Hook tells the surprising and sometimes shocking story of the man behind the irrepressible image. Time Added On is the inspiring, provocative and unputdownable story of a man who believed he had failed as a son, a father, a husband and a businessman, but who saved his marriage and put his life right at an age when many would have decided it was too late for second chances.

Author Bio
George Hook was born and raised in Cork city. For most of his adult life, before embarking on a media career in his fifties, he was a reluctant businessman. His great love of rugby led to his becoming an analyst of the game in the Sunday Independent and on RTAe where his provocative approach has made him one of Ireland's most controversial pundits. His success in this arena revealed the breath of his interests and his distinctive talents as a broadcaster and he now presents a drive-time news show on Newstalk 106 in Dublin. He is married, has two daughters and one son, and lives in Dublin.
