Liz Trigg is an accomplished home economist and food stylist. She worked as Deputy Food Editor for Woman and Home magazine and Food Editor of Options magazine. Her published works include The London Cookbook (Kyle Cathie Ltd) and Best-Ever Comfort Food (Lorenz Books). She is a member of the International Association of Culinary Professionals and the British Guild of Food Writers. She is currently a food consultant for Marks & Spencer. Michelle Garrett is an accomplished photographer. She worked for Taste magazine, supplying images for a regular feature, The Taste of, which took her to many exotic locales. Her published books are: Flash Floyd: 150 Quick and Easy Recipes by Keith Floyd (Cassell); Brittany Gastronomique (Abbeville); Plants For Small Spaces (Trafalgar Square Publishing) and Foot Massage (Southwater). She won the Garden Writers' Guild Photographer of the Year award in 2007.
