Rosamund Grant is one of the foremost experts on West African cookery. Born in Guyana, South America, she has travelled extensively throughout Africa. Rosamund moved to London in the 1960s where she opened and ran the well-known restaurant, Bambaya, until 1992. She now divides her time between cooking, writing features for magazines and broadcasting on TV and radio.
