After a spell as an in-house home economist, she began a freelance career as a writer and consultant home economist, and has written for several magazines. Anne is the author of over 20 published cookery books, covering a wide variety of subjects, and has been a consultant editor on many more. She regularly works with leading companies within the food industry. Anne is a member of the prestigious Guild of Food Writers in the UK.
