As Big as a Mountain

As Big as a Mountain

by Annabelle Hartmann (Author)

Synopsis

In a country not too far away from here, there lived a little prince named Carl. And when I say little, I mean really, really little. In fact, he was not much taller than three large pieces of cheese piled on top of each other. But little Prince Carl wanted to be tall. His father the king was tall, his mother the queen was tall. And everything in the kingdom was much bigger than him, too... A charming picture book about learning to accept who you are.

Author Bio
Originally from Germany, Annabelle Hartmann has lived and worked in London for the past seven years. She studied Illustration at Kingston University, graduating with First Class Honours in 1998, and she now lectures at Central Saint Martin's College of Art & Design and London Guildhall University. Stories about kings and about elephants have fascinated her since childhood, so she decided it was about time she put the two together and wrote her own story, As Big as a Mountain. Annabelle lives in Camberwell, London.
