Synopsis

Author Bio
Sally Grindley is an internationally well-known and respected children's author. She has written many award-winning books, including Shhh!, which won the Federation of Children's Book Groups Picture Book Prize; the classic Knock, Knock, Who's There?; the animal series which includes Little Elephant Thunderfoot and Polar Star; Why is the Sky Blue? and the Pavilion title Polar Skater. She lives in Gloucestershire with her three sons. John Bendall-Brunello grew up in a small village near Cambridge, the youngest of a family of nine children and lots of pets! He now lives between Cambridge (where he studied) and the South of France. He especially loves drawing animals and children, as shown in Hushabye Lily and Fox and Fluff which has recently been awarded the Oppenheim Toy Portfolio Award (Platinum).
