Susan Cordes knitted her first jumper when she was 11 years old and created her first patchwork quilt when she was 16. Susan's love of all crafts has led her, over the years, to try out folk art, Castle and Roses bargeware painting, cross stitch and embroidery, rag rug making, jewellery making, crochet and not forgetting knitting!

A contributing writer for a series of international knitting, jewellery and painting magazines, Susan also teaches many of the crafts she loves.
