Author Bio
Claire Mooney is a Lecturer in Mathematics Education at the Research and Graduate School of Education, University of Southampton. Alice Hansen is a Lecturer in Primary Mathematics Education at St Martin's College, Lancaster. She has taught extensively at primary level in England and abroad, and has particular interests in how children construct geometrical definitions, the design of mathematical tasks and the use of ICT to enhance mathematics teaching and learning. Lindsey Ferrie is a primary school teacher in Carlisle. Sue Fox has had extensive experience of teaching all ages from Reception to Year 6. She is currently Senior Mathematics Lecturer at St Martin's College, Carlisle. Reg Wrathmell is Senior Lecturer in Mathematics Education at King Alfred's College, Winchester. He has extensive experience as a mathematics consultant and as a provider of in-service courses.
